Simple Process

1.  Submit your Maintenance/ Repair request to ADV Properties LLC

2.  We will contact the occupant within 24 hours to schedule a mutually agreed upon time for us to visit the home.

​

3.  If the repairs are within reason we will completed while onsite, if not, we will submit a bid back to you within 24 hours of the property visit.

​

4.  Once work is completed at the property we will conduct a survey with the occupant to ensure they are happy before we leave the property.

​

5.  A final report and submission will be sent to you so you have a record of all results and proof of the repairs being completed.
